iMultiply are working with a large, well established accountancy practice to recruit a Senior Manager for its growing Accounting Services team based in Glasgow.

The Firm

The Firm is a leading independent accountancy practice with offices in several locations across Scotland. It prides itself on its customer-centric, empathy led approach to providing solutions and advice across several service-lines and specialisms.

The Role

The Senior Manager role will primarily involve client relationship management, operational management of the department, providing advice to clients, business development and people management.

Duties and Responsibilities

Client Relationship Manager for a portfolio of clients
Providing practical, commercial advice to clients on a range of areas including accounting, taxation, systems and general business advice
Management responsibilities in the operations of the department and the flow of production within the department
Business Development responsibilities to grow client base
Staff management, training and development
Direct responsibility for the staff involved in the production process
Handling recruitment of new staff to the department
Overall responsibility for financial management in relation to the department
