iMultiply are delighted to be working with a leading care non-for-profit to find a Senior Finance Assistant for their modern office based in Glasgow.

The role
The Senior Finance Assistant will work as a member of the Finance Team, reporting to Income Manager, assist team , assist credit control, invoicing and posting cash.
You will be involved in but not limited to:
To ensure all sales invoices are raised, issued and processed onto SAGE timeously and accurately for team
To ensure all sales invoices and remittances are accurately coded and filed
Assist Credit Controller to monitor and review outstanding invoices with prompt resolution of queries
To maintain a register of occupancy sheets to generate invoices
Admissions and discharges of occupants within projects
Dealing with incoming mail and upload documents to customer accounts
Sage reporting
Oversee training for finance assistant
Assist Income Manager to streamline processes, improve procedures/controls and maintain once implemented
Adhoc projects within the restructure of team and systems
To resolve funders’ queries, escalating more complex matters to the Income Manager
To ensure all income received on the bank statement is processed onto SAGE timeously
To reconcile the Sales Ledger with the Nominal Ledger each month and resolve any differences
To ensure all cash and cheques received are banked timeously
Maintain direct contact with stakeholders

Good working knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, MS Outlook) required
On Offer This full time role offers a salary up to £30,000, with flexible hours and a flexible working philosophy. The offices are easily accessible.
