iMutiply are working in partnership with a growing biotech organisation looking for a Full-time Senior Finance Assistant on a Permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious team player keen to join a fast-paced business and a busy role where you will learn quicky.

The Role

The appointment of an Senior Finance Assistant is a critical role to ensure accuracy of month end reporting and management information. This role is suited to an ambitious, motivated individual used to dealing with high volume transactional data looking to progress in a commercial finance environment.

As Senior Finance Assistant you will be involved in but not restricted to the following duties:

  • Purchase Ledger / Sales Ledger / Cashbook / Expenses processing
  • Credit control
  • Variance and cost analysis
  • Assist Finance Manager to prepare monthly management accounts
  • Assist and train Finance Assistants.
  • Support senior finance colleagues.
  • Contribute to budget planning and forecasting.
  • Provide cover for Finance manager with support from Financial Controller.
  • Develop and streamline new and existing processes.

To be considered for this opportunity, you must have the following:

  • Gained experience in a similar role
  • Strong excel and numeracy skills
  • Problem solving – and a proven ability to use your own initiative
  • Great organisational skills – prioritising your workload and working independently, whilst also being a strong team player
  • Brilliant communication skills, written and verbal

On Offer

This is a Permanent Full-Time role based in Clackmannanshire, an easily accessible location with multiple transportation routes. The role offers a  salary of  up to £32,000, hybrid working, study support, generous holiday allowance and a host of benefits on top.
