iMultiply are working in partnership with a leading Edinburgh based Accountancy Firm to recruit a Restructuring Manager.

The Practice

A Top 10 Accountancy Firm with offices in Edinburgh, Glasgow and across the UK. This Firm has grown considerably in recent years as they continue to develop their impressive market share.

The Role

The role of Restructuring Manager sits within an established and experienced Restructuring practice. Due to continued growth, the team are looking to recruit a Manager.

Day-to-day you will be responsible for;

Take ownership of smaller projects or distinct elements of larger projects across all stages
Support Directors/Partners to deliver on a range of engagements
Coach/mentor junior colleagues
Review, collate and analyse company information
Undertake analysis and prepare financial models
Keep abreast of statutory and compliance processes and deadlines
Communicate findings to the leadership team

To be considered for the role you will ideally have;

An insolvency/accountancy qualification is desirable, but not essential
Awareness of relevant risk issues and mitigants
Strong understanding of regulatory and statutory requirements
Excellent written and numerical skills
Good project management skills
A desire to learn new things and thrive on new challenges
High motivation
