iMultiply are delighted to be working with a highly established and recognisable property firm to find a Reconciliation Advisor for their modern, city central Glasgow office.

The role
The Reconcilliations Advisor will work in the accounting team, and will be responsible for liaising with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure the accurate billing on both occupier and client ledgers
You will be involved in but not limited to:
Calculation of occupier and client billing based on lease events
Calculation of occupier and client billing based on adhoc instruction
Interrogating the occupier and client ledgers to calculate and reflect correct billing based on events or instructions
Processing of billing calculations
Assistance with completion statement and tenant reconciliations
Primary point of contact for Surveyors and Accounting Teams dealing with queries and providing support on billing
Working closely with Billing Team colleagues to provide end to end guidance and deliver clients with exceptional outcomes
Ensure KPI’s and SLA’s are met on billing activities
Attending client and or internal meetings as appropriate
Adherence to necessary compliance, controls and procedures in line with professional and organisational standards (for example ISAE3402 control standard)
Support and train team members as required
Working closely and supporting other teams within PMA to provide exceptional outcomes to our client;
Identify and implement process improvements.
Play an active part in key billing projects as required
In order to succeed in this role, you will have:
Paralegal / experience around leases and key property billing data points would be an advantage but not essential
Strong verbal and written communication at all levels, including with peers, managers and internal/external customers
An ability to negotiate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders
Ability to prioritise and co-ordinate tasks efficiently ensuring all deadlines are met
Able to work under own initiative in a busy environment
Relationship Management
On Offer This full time role offers a salary up to £27,000, with flexible hours and a flexible working philosophy.
The offices are based in Central Glasgow and is a short walk from Glasgow Queen Street.
