iMultiply are working with a highly reputable Accountancy Firm based in the Edinburgh city centre to recruit for a Personal Tax Manager/Senior Manager, offering a great salary and flexible working.

This innovative and progressive firm offers a range of services to a variety of businesses across Scotland. The private client department has a fantastic reputation in the market and boasts an illustrious range of clients including HNWIs, partnerships etc.

Responsibilities:

Playing a key role in the delivery of first-class client service
Executing advisory projects
Participating with senior members of the team in business development activities
Cross-selling the firm’s other departments
Supervising, reviewing work and assisting junior members in managing their own portfolio of clients
Coaching and developing junior members of staff
Keeping internal control records up to date and ensuring compliance with quality control procedures
Preparing fees and budgets/proposals for potential new clients and discussing with senior members of the team

Person

CTA qualified or equivalent experience
People management or supervisory experience in tax would be highly advantageous
A track record in complex tax planning
Ability to engage, interact and influence senior stakeholders
