This well established modern and forward thinking mid-tier firm with an excellent reputation on the market for providing an excellent level of service to clients are looking for an experienced Payroll Senior/Manager to join their growing payroll team. The Practice has grown significantly in recent years and constantly on the lookout for ways to develop and enhance the business.
The Role
The Payroll Manager will be responsible for managing the payroll team and a varied portfolio of clients including charities, SMEs and large corporates. You will responsible for co-ordinating the delivery of a high-class payroll service, providing expert technical advice to your clients. You will be tasked with developing the wider team and improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the wider payroll function through your proactive approach.
On Offer
The position will come with a competitive salary offering up to £35,000 (flexible) plus benefits and excellent growth potential. You will oversee individuals within the team and will have potential to recruit either a trainee or experienced payroller too. You can work both at home and in the office throughout the working week and will not be required to work overtime.
