iMultiply are delighted to be engaged on the role of Payroll Associate with a well-established accountancy firm based in Fife. The role is paying a salary ranging from £23,000 - £29,000. The role will initially be based from home but will move to office-based once guidelines allow. A leading business within their sector, they have experienced steady growth over the last few years, and now, the business’ customer-centric approach has allowed them to increase their team.

The Role

The role of Payroll Associate sits within a small and experienced Payroll team. The main purpose of the role is for administration and processing client payrolls across a variety of different businesses. This represents a fantastic opportunity for a payroll professional to join one of Scotland’s leading Accountancy Firms, currently undertaking an exciting period of change.

On Offer

The role of Payroll Associate which is based in Fife will offer a salary of up to £29,000 plus benefits and excellent progression potential for the right candidate.

You will be involved in but not restricted to the following duties:

  • Processing end to end payroll for a variety of clients in a timely manner with support from the Payroll Manager
  • Providing payment reports
  • Liaising with clients and building effective working relationships
  • Dealing with internal and external queries 
  • Advising on auto-enrolment and other legislative changes
  • Issuing payslips
  • Ensuring clients are provided with the best service
  • Liaising with senior managers and stakeholders to ensure everyone is informed
  • General ad hoc duties

To be considered for this position you must be:

  • Experience in full, end to end payroll processing
  • Experience of working in a Bureau or Accountancy Firm
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong user of Microsoft Excel 
  • Customer-centric and strives to deliver a top-class service
