Responsibilities

Managing a small team of accounts assistants
Finalising all accounts and tax work
Identifying cross selling prospects and opportunities to offer additional services
Monitoring budgets and WIP
Ensuring jobs are completed in line with agreed timelines
Conducting client meetings
Reviewing pricing of client work
Main contact for client queries
Coaching and developing junior members of the team

The Person

Qualified Accountant
Experience in Accounts and Tax
Strong client interaction skills
