iMultiply are working in partnership with a leading Aberdeen based Accountancy Firm to recruit a Financial Outsourcing Assistant Manager.

A highly regarded Accountancy Firm offering Audit, Accountancy, Tax and Advisory services. Their Outsourcing team has grown significantly in recent years which highlights the success of this department. The business unit works with a variety of businesses and sectors. The Practice offers a modern and stimulating environment, flexibility is embedded in their culture.

The Role

This role supports the continued development of the Outsourcing business in Scotland. This is a wide-ranging and varied role that encompasses all elements of running a virtual finance department. The department and wider business has ambitious growth plans, offering the successful candidate strong progression prospects.

Day-to-day you will be responsible for;

Calculating and posting technical Oil and Gas journals
Co-ordinating and delegating accounts, audit and compliance work
Managing a varied client portfolio
Developing client relationships and being the main point of contact
Month-end reporting, including budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis
Attending client meetings
Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of the services offered by the department and the wider firm, and identify areas where the firm could assist clients

To be considered for the role you will ideally have;

ICAS/ACCA or equivalent Qualified
Strong project management skills
Effective communication skills
