The M&A Tax Practice is a national team and works on a wide range of private equity, real estate and other transactions advising both buyers and seller on the tax implications of transactions. The Firm’s clients are based across the globe, offering an unrivalled opportunity to work with some household names whilst sitting here in Scotland. The Role Day to day duties of the M&A Tax Senior Associate role will include managing tax advice and implications on an ever-changing client portfolio, delivering tax advice and working with other M&A specialists and working closely with other members of the team on a wide variety of deals.
