iMultiply is working in partnership with a market leading Big Four professional services firm to recruit a Mergers and Acquisitions Tax Manager in either Glasgow or Edinburgh. The Company The M&A Tax Practice is a national team within the firm and works on a wide range of private equity, real estate and other transactions advising both buyers and seller on the tax implications of transactions. Some of the services the team offers include Tax Due Diligence reviews, Tax Structuring advice, Tax Modelling and pre and post deal advice. The Role Day to day duties of the Mergers and Acquisitions Tax Manager role will include managing tax advice and implications on an ever changing client portfolio, delivering tax advice and working with other M&A specialists and working closely with other members of the team on a wide variety of deals.
