iMultiply is supporting this well-known Edinburgh based brand in their search for a Management Accountant to join their team.
This role will be based in Edinburgh, on a hybrid basis, 3 days in the office and offers a basic salary up to £50,000 DoE.

The company

The finance team supports the organisations delivery of its mission, strategic priorities and business objectives. While utilising their ERP system, the team is responsible for effectively managing and planning the organisations financial resources, identification of sustainable funding streams, as well as accurate and timely financial statutory and management reporting.

The role
The position of Management Accountant will become an integral part of a thriving and innovative Group, responsible for maintaining financial records and for providing relevant information for managers and decision makers across Europe.
To be considered you must possess strong accounts preparation and month end accounting experience, preferably from a fast paced, high volume environment. You will demonstrate an ability to engage and collaborate with stakeholders. Though not required, experience providing variance analysis and commentary along with any verbal proficiency in other languages besides English would be beneficial.

The ideal candidate
To be considered for this opportunity, you must have the following experience:
- Qualified Accountant (ICAS, ACCA, ICAEW, CIMA), Part-Qualified or Qualified by Experience.
- Proactive self-starter with proven ability to problem solve complex issues.
- Must have sound knowledge and expertise with core IT packages including advanced use of excel
- Excellent communicator and strong team player.
- Experience of working in an international, listed or PE-backed company would be beneficial.

What's on offer
This role is offered on a full time, permanent basis with a salary of £40,000 - £50,000 depending on experience. The role will offer a hybrid approach to office-based work also.
