iMultiply are working in partnership with a leading Accountancy Firm to recruit an IT Audit Manager/Senior Manager.

The Practice

A well-known Accountancy Firm who have grown significantly in recent years. The Firm has taken on several new clients from its competitors, accelerating the need to bolster their team. The Firm has recently opened a new office and hired a number of senior leaders in their Audit business.

The Role

This a fantastic opportunity for an experienced IT Auditor looking for a role in a dynamic and ambitious business. The role can be at Manager/Senior Manager level, with strong progression prospects.

Day-to-day you will be responsible for;

Planning and managing the IT audit portfolio.
Maintain an up-to-date technical knowledge of IT Audit, and awareness of Financial Reporting and related matters.
Assist the IT audit leadership team with planning work and local reporting.
Manage and support a team of IT Audit staff to achieve their goals and objectives ensuring they are developing their skills and capabilities.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with audited entities, clients, contacts, and colleagues.
Work closely with the audit team to ensure work is performed in accordance with the Firm's Audit policy and other relevant policies and procedures.
Be the principal contact for larger entities on day-to-day audit matters and liaising with internal / external stakeholders and building effective relationships.

To be considered for the role you will ideally have;

An experienced team leader with effective interpersonal skills.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to positively impact and influence others.
Attained or working towards professional certification or qualifications desirable (e.g. ISACA certifications or accountancy qualifications).
Experience in leading on-site audit teams.
Experience in supervising or managing staff.
Data Analytics and/or Cyber Security experience is desirable.
The successful candidate will also have good organisational skills and be pro-active in their approach to their work.
