Industry & Commerce - Finance Executive/Management

iMultiply are delighted to be supporting an extremely fast paced and highly commercial business based in Glasgow, with the appointment of a new Interim Finance Director.

The Role

The position of Finance Director will report directly to the CFO. The role will be responsible for the following key components of the organisation:

Leading and developing an operational and BAU finance function
Implementation and development of business-critical projects such as continuous improvement, cost reduction/savings, systems development etc.
Providing guidance and direction to the Executive team including strategic planning, commercial oversight, risk management & financial readiness

The Candidate

To be considered for this opportunity, you must have a proven track record at Financial Controller or Finance Director level in a fast moving, agile business business within one of the following sectors is ESSENTIAL:

Engineering
Manufacturing
FMCG

Who we are looking for:

A qualified accountant with experience operating at senior management level
You should be able to demonstrate the ability to challenge and manage growth
You should have experience managing financial risk
You should have strong commercial acumen
