Non-for-Profit Sector - Finance Executive/Management

iMultiply are working with this progressive and modern non-profit organisation to recruit a permanent Head of Finance besed in Glasgow.  This role offers flexible working, up to 4 days per week from home and represents an opportunity to make a real impact on the business and bring fresh ideas to the role.

The Role

The role of Head of Finance will report to the Finance Director.  Responsibilities for the successful individual will include but are not limited to;

  • Lead the finance team of 6,
  • Be given significant autonomy and responsibility to deliver in their role,
  • Be responsible for overseeing the delivery of month and year end accounts,
  • Liaise with external stakeholders including auditors,
  • Prepare management reporting packs presenting to the board and the audit & risk committee.

 

To be considered for the role you must: 

  • Be a Qualified Accountant,
  • Have experience of preparing management accounts,
  • Have experience with accounting software packages,
  • Have excellent communication and relationship building skills,
  • Have excellent MS Office Excel literacy, including pivot tables, vlookups etc.

On Offer

The role of Head of Finance offers a salary of up to £55,000, the role is hybrid and comes with a very flexible working pattern, a 35h work week and 40 days holiday.
