About the Role:

iMultiply Executive Services has an exciting opportunity for a Head of Finance. If you are ambitious for a role that will drive a step change in a high growth entrepreneurial environment this could be the perfect challenge.

The company has a team of over 60 people who are dedicated to delivering an outstanding customer experience and this role is key in supporting this. You will be an inspirational leader, with the ability to operate at both a strategic and detailed level.

Reporting to the Chief Operations Officer, you will lead and develop the Finance function focused on the following areas:

Budgeting and Planning
Financial Controls
General Accounting
Business Performance Management

What will you be doing?

Develop a finance strategy that aligns to and compliments the growth ambitions of the business
Design and implement a business planning and budgeting cycle
Design and implement a financial control framework
Lead on all general accounting matters and queries
Design and implement a business performance management cycle

What are we looking for?

Motivated to achieve outstanding results
Significant finance experience
Experience in operating budgeting, planning and reporting processes across multiple business functions
Excellent communications skills, with the ability to explain finance to non-finance professionals
Hands on accounting experience in a similar role
A natural leader that can quickly build rapport
Natural enthusiasm
A high attention to detail
