iMultiply are working in partnership with a growing manufacturing company to recruit a Group Financial Controller based in Perth.

The Company:

This established, medium-sized business has experienced sustained growth over recent years. As a result, the company is now well positioned for more ambitious expansion plans. Joining the organisation now will enable the successful candidate to be heavily involved in delivering this exciting future.

The Role:

The Group Financial Controller will report directly to the Group Finance Director, who they will work closely alongside and learn from. This is a newly created role with responsibility for the day to day running of the finance function. The Group Financial Controller will directly manage the finance team and be responsible the provision of detailed monthly financial information.

Day-to-day responsibilities include but are not limited to the following key duties:

Preparation of the group’s monthly management accounts and board pack
Maintain key business variance analysis
Prepare and maintain cash flow forecasts
Preparation of year end accounts files for external auditors
Provide support for department heads to deliver their budgets
Promote a continuous improvement approach to business policy and processes
Supporting the Group Finance Director

To be considered for the role you must have the following experience:

Be a Qualified Accountant
Minimum 3-5 years post-qualification experience
Self-motivated
Hands on approach
High level of organisational skills with strong attention to detail
Strong stakeholder management and influencing abilities
ERP systems experience

The role of Group Financial Controller offers a competitive salary dependant on experience plus an excellent benefits package. The organisation is looking to appoint on a full-time permanent basis. Hybrid working with 2 days from home and 3 days in central belt office.
