iMultiply are working in partnership with a leading independent Accountancy Firm to recruit an FS Audit Manager/Senior Manager.

The Practice

A leading independent Accountancy Firm with a fantastic reputation in the Scottish market. The Practice’s FS offering has grown steadily in recent years, taking advantage of the market opportunities presented to them. Like the FS Practice, the wider Firm is experiencing encouraging levels of growth which has led them to open new offices and expand their already extensive service offering.

The Role

A fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Audit professional looking to progress and develop in a challenging and rewarding environment. The growth of the department means the right candidate can progress quickly.

Day-to-day you will be responsible for;

Plan and manage the efficient delegation, flow-through and completion of Audit work for clients.
Keep up to date with legislative changes and updates.
Provide technical support to your clients.
Assist with planning and reporting.
Manage and nurture the team, supporting them to achieve their personal goals and aims
Develop and enhance relationships with clients, contacts and colleagues.
Ensure work is completed in line with the Firm's Audit policy and other relevant policies and procedures.
Be the primary point of contact for larger clients
Liaising with client staff while on the client's premises
Acting as an ambassador for the firm, displaying its values at all times

To be considered for the role you will ideally have;

Strong communication skills with the ability to impact and influence others.
External audit experience
ICAS, ACCA qualification or equivalent
Experience in supervising or managing staff.
A proactive and positive approach to their work
