iMultiply is supporting a growing business in their search for a Financial Reporting Manager to join their team based in Edinburgh.  This role is offered on a full time permanent basis with a highly flexible and hybrid working model.

The Role

The Financial Reporting Manager will be part of a team providing support across all the group's business functions.  Reporting to the experienced Financial Controller, you will be responsible for a team who are responsible for month end activities (pre-payments, accruals, reconciliations etc.) and for the preparation of MI reporting for use by the Finance Business Partners.  In collaboration with the Financial controller, you will be responsible for preparing the statutory accounts and will act as primary point of contact for the audit.  This breadth of scope across both financial and management accounting and visibility across the organisation provides an outstanding opportunity for ongoing professional development.

The Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant who is ambitious, driven and curious.  One of many profiles that would be ideally suited to this role would be a first time mover from practice with a blend of both accounts and audit experience.  The ideal candidate will present with a strong technical and analytical skillset paired with good interpersonal skills with the ability to develop direct reports.
