iMultiply are working with global manufacturing company, to recruit a Senior Finance Business Partner based in the South of Scotland, focusing on the UK business.  This is a full time, permanent position.

This manufacturing company is a leader in its sector supplying a global network of customers.

 

The Role

The Senior Finance Business Partner is a highly commercial role, supporting the business, including the second biggest manufacturing site for this group in Europe.  Reporting to the UK Head of Finance with a dotted line to the Site Director during this period of significant organisational and systems change, you will be pivotal to ensuring the continued success and enhancement of performance into the future.

With two cost analyst direct reports, you will be responsible for validating outputs from the finance Shared Service Centre, such as reviewing month end and reconciliations.  You will develop relationships with the senior site management, establish trust and facilitate dialogue necessary for the production of commercially valuable forecasts and analysis which will be used to improve inventory and stock performance, overheads, wastage, margin, revenue etc.

To be considered for the role you must have the following experience:

  • Qualified or qualified by experience accountant with considerable post qualifying experience in a commercial environment – preferably in a manufacturing, engineering or project driven environment.
  • Experience with corporate accounting systems and proficient computer skills, advanced Excel skills are essential.
  • UK/US GAAP and SOX compliance experience.

 

On Offer

This Senior Finance Business Partner role is offered on a full time, permanent basis with a competitive package including a salary of £65,000 to £75,000 depending on experience.
