iMultiply are delighted to offer a unique opportunity for an experienced Finance Team Leader in a progressive and well-established Construction company based in Edinburgh. The ideal candidate will have experience as an Assistant Accountant and a particular skillset in ‘Management Accounts’. This is a Permanent role with salary negotiable, depending on experience.

The successful candidate will report to senior management and oversee the smooth running of the accounts team to meet deadlines. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: daily banking review, supplier payments, assisting with annual audit, reconciliation of control accounts, sales ledger, Purchase ledger, nominal journals, bank reconciliations, vat returns, expenses, and any other duties that may fall into the accounts or business management.
The ideal candidate is likely to have a HNC/HND/AAT/Part qualified within Finance, and have a few years’ experience operating in this sector. They must have experience in all aspects of accounting, plus a good understanding of Excel and prior experience with an accounting ERP system. It would be desirable that the successful candidate has some experience with the preparation of Management Accounts.
