This role will be based in Glasgow on a hybrid basis, 3 days in the office and offers a basic salary up to £58,000 DoE.

The role
The Finance Manager role is a highly visible role, critical in the delivery of this company's ambitious growth plans. This role will support the Financial Controller in overseeing all aspects of the finance department. The position incorporates a combination of technical accounting, team leadership and senior stakeholder management across all departments and functions, both internally and externally. The Finance Manager will be expected to lead and coach the finance team and deliver operational excellence.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical and management accounting and people management experience with significant industry accounting experience. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a busy team, is driven, ambitious to develop and help others to grow too.
