An important and highly respected part of the education sector based in Glasgow is actively looking for a Finance and Administration Officer on a permanent, part time basis basis.  

The Company

This organisation works closely with local communities and councils providing accessible education as well as facilitating coordination on a national level.

The role

The position of Finance and Administration Officer has arisen based in Glasgow on a permanent basis. 

Your main duties and responsibilities in this role will include but not be limited to the following:

  • Raise invoices
  • Codes and pay incoming invoices
  • Payroll
  • Manages membership subscriptions
  • Administers grant payments.

To be considered for this opportunity candidates must have:

  • 12 months experience within an Finance and Administration role
  • Working experience with Xero and Excel
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • The ability to work as part of a team as well under your own initiative

On Offer
This full time role offers a salary up to £23,000 FTE and is 20 hours per week. The offices are based in Central Glasgow but a remote working model is in place
