iMultiply are working in partnership with an Edinburgh-based business to recruit for a Corporate Tax Manager.

This global Legal Firm has grown substantially in the last decade through geographic expansion and some impressive and high-profile M&A activity. As the business continues to grow, one of its main objectives is securing top performers who can support the Firm in its journey.

The Role

The role of Corporate Tax Manager sits within an experienced and highly talented team. The purpose of the role is to support the senior management team in handling the tax affairs across its UK and international affairs.

Day to day you will be responsible for;

  • Tax compliance across the group, including several countries across the world
  • Supporting regions with tax filing.
  • Managing the group’s transfer pricing compliance
  • Playing a key role in delivering advice to regional finance teams. This could include structuring and projects
  • Overseeing local corporation tax compliance, statutory reporting and tax provisions
  • Providing advice on local tax exposures arising from withholding taxes
  • Building effective relationships with tax authorities in the UK and overseas

To be considered for the role you will ideally have;

  • 5 years of experience in corporate tax
  • A track record of interpreting tax legislation
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport and credibility
  • A pro-active and forward-thinking approach

On Offer

The position of Corporate Tax Manager offers a salary of £60,000 - £70,000 depending on your experience.
