The Role
This role is a genuine opportunity to drive pioneering change in the area of corporate governance and non-financial reporting. This is a small team requiring assertive and confident personalities to identify, review, influence and implement the necessary changes to improve the governance and control environment for financial and non-financial reporting e.g. sustainability, people, community investment etc.
This Corporate Governance Accountant will benefit from a high degree of exposure and interaction with senior leadership across the business including CEO and Directors. You will have the opportunity to make a tangible and valuable contribution to developing the organisations Corporate Governance, operating at the forefront of this important and developing field.
The Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will be an exam, newly or recently qualified accountant who is ambitious and driven. You will have significant exposure to tight control environments ideally operating from an internal or external audit perspective. This drive will allow you to take advantage of the many and varied internal opportunities to gain exposure across the business and progress your career.
