iMultiply are working in partnership with a leading mid-tier accountancy practice that is currently looking to recruit a Cloud Solutions Advisor top join its Digital Services team in Glasgow.

The Role
The primary focus of the Cloud Solutions Advisor role will be assisting existing clients and prospective new clients get the best out of the digital solutions available. The successful candidate will be required to research, test and document the best process for cloud migration and optimisation. The job holder will not be involved in preparing accounts, VAT returns etc. but would be involved in setting up the systems that assist in these processes.
Duties will include:
Providing systems advice to clients, including systems demonstrations, system conversion, implementation, set-up and training
•Preparation and review of management accounts within Xero and associated reporting tools.
•Liaising with clients to meet targets and deadlines also ensuring a high level of client service is delivered.
•Identifying issues and taking proactive approach in research and reaching solutions.
•Identifying opportunities for improvement within existing client base.
•Meeting with prospective new clients, discussing their wants and needs and articulating how the team can help.
•Researching and preparing internal and external communications on the work we are doing
•Assist the firm and our clients as further phases of Making Tax Digital are rolled out.
•Assist in developing sector-specific service offerings through the use of digital software.
•Attending relevant networking events to communicate the firm’s Cloud Solutions offering.
•Mentoring colleagues across the firm on the benefits of digital software for our clients.
•Providing in-house training on Xero and other digital software
