iMultiply are working in partnership with an independent Accountancy Firm to recruit a Client Manager.

The Practice

An innovative and growing independent Accountancy Firm. The Practice works closely with SMEs and owner-managed businesses across Scotland

The Role

This a fantastic opportunity for a Part Qualified, Qualified or Qualified by Experience Accountant. The role would suit an existing Client Manager or equally someone looking to take the step up.

Day-to-day you will be responsible for;

Preparation and completion of accounts for companies, LLPs and unincorporated businesses
Prepare CT600 Corporation Tax Returns
Prepare Personal Tax Returns
Prepare and submit VAT Returns
Prepare P11Ds
Run weekly and monthly payroll
Bookkeeping as and when required
Other ad hoc duties as and when required
Liaise with clients with respect to queries and build client relationships
Undertake additional services as required from the Practice Managers and Director
Meet potential new clients and complete standard onboarding procedures
Offer suggestions for improvements to working practices, service delivery and improvements for the wider business
Reviews the work of junior members of the team as appropriate
Trains and coaches junior members of the team to aid their development
Seeks out development opportunities for self and others

To be considered for the role you will ideally have;

5 years of experience working in Practice
Experience of cloud-based systems
A pleasant and personable approach
A proactive and resourceful attitude
