The Role
To produce fee notes and final fee notes for issue to clients and processing them on to the system, ensuring accuracy at all times.
As the Billing Assistant, you will be involved in but not restricted to the following duties:
Processing client bills and credit notes on system.
Deal with email enquiries via central billing team.
Preparation of bills and reports relating to specific client requirements.
Action requests for WIP transfers & WIP write offs via MatterX
Rate amendments & queries on clients and matters, including WIP revaluations
Assist with client discount trackers
Process firm invoices
Maintain client and billing groups in 3E
Maintain centralised billing exceptions
Undertake ad hoc duties as required
To be considered for this opportunity, you must have the following:
Minimum one year’s experience within a similar billing assistant role
Experience from a professional services environment is essential
Strong excel skills
Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Ensure high levels of accuracy at all times

This is a permanent Full-Time role based in Glasgow, an easily accessible location with multiple transportation routes. The role offers a salary up to £27,000, with competitive pension and holiday allowance. This role will also offer ample growth opportunities and the chance to pursue further qualifications.
