Job description

The role of Audit Semi Senior will support the delivery of external audit services to a varied client base in the North West of England. With support to to Managers, but also in direct contact with firm partners.

The role:

The role will include the following duties:

Leading the onsite audit team and acting as the main point of contact for the client
Developing and maintaining effective client relationships and identifying cross-selling opportunities where appropriate
Play a key role in the Audit from planning through to the completion stage
Supporting the work of junior team members and acting as a role model for them
Reporting findings to Management/Partners and preparing audit report/summary
Ensuring that work is completed within the agreed timescales and budgets

Candidate requirements:

You’ll be someone with:

Studying towards ACCA/ACA or equivalent
Experience in IFRS/UK GAAP
Excellent communication skills
Good time management, organisation skills and the ability to prioritise.
