Accountancy Practice - Finance Specialist (Tax, VAT, Compliance)

iMultiply is working in partnership with a Top Tier, international accountancy practice that is looking to recruit a Senior Manager/Associate Director to join its Expatriate Tax team.

The Company

Our customer is an accountancy practice which is part of a network of firms based in over 150 countries and with 1500 offices worldwide.

The Role

The main focus of this role will be to develop the firms Expatriate Tax offering in Scotland. The successful candidate will be supported by a well established team based in the north of England that can boast an impressive track record of delivering growth over the last 5 years.

The team provides compliance and advisory services to cover all aspects of Expatriate Tax and Global Mobility, including advice on tax policy and assignment structuring, tax registration and tax return preparation, advice on local tax obligations and orientation briefings for employees, and bespoke Payroll services.

Person Requirements

Suitable candidates will have extensive experience of Expatriate Tax/Global Mobility Services obtained within either an accountancy practice environment or in-house Tax function.

Experience of Business Development work is essential.

CTA/CA/ACA qualification would be advantageous and a high degree of technical expertise is required.
