iMultiply are delighted to be engaged on the position of Accounts Senior based in South Lanarkshire.

The Company

A small Accountancy Firm based in South Lanarkshire. The Firm offers Accounts, Payroll, VAT and Tax services to individuals and small businesses.

The Role

The role of Accounts Senior is an excellent opportunity for a Part Qualified or Qualified Accountant coming from a Practice background to work within an expanding team and Firm.

On Offer

The role of Accounts Senior will offer a competitive salary of between £28,000 and £35,000 depending on your level of experience.

You will be involved in but not restricted to the following duties:

Advising and consulting with clients face to face and by telephone or email
Preparing annual statutory accounts for a wide variety of SMEs
Preparing management accounts
Providing clients advice in how to improve controls and procedures within the business
Communicating findings to senior management in a clear and concise manner
Managing workload to ensure deadlines are met whilst always maintaining a high level of service
On job support and training to junior staff

To be considered for this role you have the following skills/experience:

Worked in an accountancy firm/practice environment for ideally 3-4 years
Be personable and competent in building trust and rapport
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to manage and develop existing client relationships
Be confident in working to tight deadlines effectively
