iMultiply are partnering with a leading UK business based in Glasgow City Centre as they recruit an purchase Ledger Supervisor on a permanent basis.

The Role

Manage Purchase Ledger Clerks
Purchase Ledger transactions processed promptly and accurately.
Direct Debit and other bank transactions processed promptly and accurately.
Prepare bi-monthly Payment Runs
Bank reconciliations
Process monthly company credit card payments
Process monthly phone bills
Process Petty Cash transactions
Record and track business rates
Prepare Purchase Ledger Accruals
Ad hoc reports for Finance Director
Ad hoc support for Wider Finance team and business
Ad hoc response to supplier queries

The Requirements

Proven experience as an Purchase Ledger Supervisor or similar role.
Solid understanding of purchase ledger functions and daily banking activities.
Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
A proactive and adaptable attitude, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
