iMultiply are delighted to be engaged on a fantastic opportunity for an interim Accounts Payable Supervisor based in Renfrewshire. This role pays a very competitive rate and the contract is for 6-9 months

The Accounts Payable Supervisor Role is with a Global manufacturing company based in the United Kingdom and United States. Their products are exported to over 100 countries.

The Role

The Accounts Payable Supervisor position presents the opportunity to join a world class finance function. The successful candidate will have experience of processing high volumes of invoices and ideally will have operated within a fast-paced environment.

The role of Accounts Payable Supervisor will offer a competitive rate and exposure to fast paced and forward thinking company. The business are based in Renfrewshire and they have parking available onsite.

You will be involved in but not restricted to the following duties:

Support migration through clearing all old AP queries prior to cut-over
Investigation and resolution of supplier queries
Reconciliation of supplier statements and GRNI accounts
Where necessary support AP team with authorising, coding and posting supplier invoices
Where necessary support AP to ensure supplier accounts are paid on time
Where necessary support month end AP procedures
Ad hoc duties if required

To be considered for this opportunity you must have the following experience:

Ideally experience of working in a manufacturing environment
Clear experience working in an AP function or performing balance sheet reconciliations
Experience using SAP ECC is essential, understanding of MFG/PRO ERP system would be beneficial
Comfortable using Excel, Outlook, Word etc
Strong organisation skills and can demonstrate attention to detail
Excellent communication skills, ability to communicate with both internal stakeholders and external suppliers
Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadline
