iMultiply are partnering with a well-established and friendly independent industrial business requiring an Accounts Assistant for their office based in Glasgow.

This business, over 100 years old, is undoubtedly one of the market leaders within their sector, with a focus on providing outstanding customer service.
The Role
This company is looking to hire an Accounts Assistant to add value to the finance team whilst also developing and progressing their own accounting skillset with room for growth. There is a genuine scope to progress to Finance Manager within a couple of years.
Responsibilities
Posting all supplier invoices in a timely manner
Ensuring completeness of information
Assisting with reconciliation of supplier statements
Processing expenses and overnight allowances
Processing adhoc purchases to jobs and arranging payments
Processing credit card transactions
Petty cash processing & reconciliation
Administering Fuel Card accounts
Assisting with recording of engineer time for payroll purposes
Updating purchase orders from supplier acknowledgements
Assisting with sales ledger invoicing and credit control
Performing general administrative duties including scanning of documents to jobs
Supporting the wider finance team when required

On Offer
This role offers a starting salary up to £26,000 as well as offering plenty of holidays, pension, and healthcare. The company is happy to provide study support for the right candidate.
