iMultiply is working in partnership with an award winning accountancy practice who are looking for a Director to join its Accounts and Business Services team in Glasgow.

This firm of Accountants and Business Advisors has recently seen dramatic growth which has made it one of the largest accountancy practices in the UK.

The Role

As part of your role as an Accounts and Business Services Associate Director, you will be working as a key member of our Senior Management team, specialising within nurturing, and developing a varied client base.

Responsibilities will include:

Working closely with Directors and Partners to drive the success of the department, while managing client relationships, winning work, and developing the team.
Working closely with your clients to understand their business needs and ensure they are provided with a personal and tailored service for both day-to-day compliance and advisory aspects.
Managing a client portfolio as well as assisting in driving forward the firms' growth plans, therefore you will maximise new client opportunities and cross sell other service lines where possible.
Supporting and developing existing staff members to ensure they are reaching their full potential and providing the best service possible to our clients.
You will naturally excel in a leadership position and understand the importance of teamwork.
The successful candidate will be ACCA/ICAS/ICAEW qualified and will have demonstrable experience working in a similar position within an accountancy firm. As this position will be working as part of the Senior Management team, you will be supported and encouraged in your own development and progression.
